About Me
We are looking for a reliable, caring, proactive, energetic, live-out nanny to provide after-school care for our 2 daughters (aged 4 and 7) during term, with additional full day support during some school holidays. Our daughters, who are both at the same school, enjoy arts & crafts, outdoor activities, dance, swimming, tennis, netball, gymnastics etc. We are both full-time working parents.
My Requirements
Location: Bourne End, Buckinghamshire
Start date: September 2026
Hours:
Term time - Monday to Friday 1pm to 6.30pm
School holidays - 7.30am to 6.30pm (6-7 weeks per year)
Responsibilities:
School pick-up
Transport to and from after school activities & sports
Supporting with homework and reading
Preparing children's meals and snacks
Encouraging good manners, routines and role modelling positive behaviour
Assisting with school admin (ordering school lunches, fancy dress days)
Child related housekeeping (laundry, tidying play areas)
Assisting with local errands (ad hoc shopping, dry cleaning, post office)
Occasional babysitting
Key skills and attributes:
Experience with primary school aged children
Organised and proactive
Warm, nurturing and dependable and genuinely enjoys working with children
A confident driver with full, clean, UK driving license and access to their own car
DBS checked (or willing to obtain one)
Paediatric First Aid qualified
