Veronica started looking after our daughter, just before her second birthday, and she quickly became a very important person in her life. She is kind, gentle and patient. Our daughter has always been a bit slow to warm up to new people, but she took to Veronica very quickly. Although she no longer works with us (because my daughter is now at school), we still see her regularly and she still looks after our daughter from time to time.
When she was with us more regularly, Veronica spent lots of time outdoors with our daughter, taking her to different parks and exploring the local area. They always had a lovely time together. Even now, at five, our daughter is always excited to see her for babysitting and often chats about her in between.
Veronica is also a great cook. When our daughter used to nap, she would often make us supper — her idea, and something we were very grateful for.
We think very highly of Veronica and would happily recommend her to any family looking for someone warm, reliable and caring.

Veronica has been a wonderful babysitter for us on a few occasions now. She has made our children feel secure and happy right away, taken great care of them and shown real warmth and understanding. Great communication too. Would highly and heartily recommend her.
