Hi,
My name is Lauren and I am a qualified teacher in my third year of teaching. Before working as a teacher I also worked as a teaching assistant for three years so I have a lot of experience in working with a range of children. Most of my experience is in primary schools and so this is the age range I feel most comfortable with, although I have taught high school too. I am happy to tutor and/or look after your children should schools close. Alternatively I am available to babysit both on a regular and irregular basis.

My Experience
After completing my Psychology degree in 2013 I worked as a teaching assistant for three years. This was with primary school children and I also worked as a 1:1 and so I am able to work with children with additional learning needs. I then completed my teacher training in 2017 and have been working as a teacher ever since. For the past two summers I have worked across different parks and outdoor spaces as a playworker.
My Qualifications
I completed my BSc Psychology in 2013 with a particular interest in child development and additional learning needs.
I then completed my PGCE Primary in 2017 finishing with outstanding across all areas.
My Availability
Should schools close I am available all day to tutor and/or look after your children from aged 3 years whilst you work. This is also available during school holidays.
I am available most evening and weekends.
