Part Time Nanny

I am looking for a Childminder/Nanny to collect my daughter from school 2 days per week Tuesday and Thursdays and look after her in my home until I return from work around 5:30pm. I would also love if that person could make her dinner, very basic cooking and would prepare the meals day before.
I would also like this person to help on the other days of the week Monday, Wednesday and Friday on occasions. Take her to the park or watch her at home whilst I work from home.
