About Me
We are a family of 4, Mum, Dad, and two children (10 and 7). We also have three cavalier King Charles spaniel dogs who love attention and company.
We are looking for a before and after school part time Nanny/childminder to help with childcare when we leave for work in the morning, and to bridge after school time until we are home.
The role involves dropping off and collecting from school/after school clubs, feeding the dogs, assisting with homework and providing a snack until we are home.
The role is based at our home in Seaford.
The applicant will require a driving licence although a car can be provided if necessary.
The hours are
Mornings:
Monday - Friday 7am-9am.
Afternoons:
Monday 6-6:30pm
Tuesday 3pm-6:30pm
Wednesday 5:30-6:30pm
Thursday 6:00-6:30pm
Friday 3pm-6:30pm
Total hours 19-20 hours per week but negotiable and will require flexibility on occasions to fit in with schedule.
We are ideally looking for a long term commitment of at least 1 year to maintain a routine for the children.
This role may suit someone who has a keen interest in childcare but perhaps is studying during the daytime or does not want a fulltime position. Will require DBS checking and references.
