Too expensive and unprofessional

Babysis 15 pounds per hour which is quite high rate for unprofessional babysitting. She keep watching her mobile phone every 10 minutes. I did ask Laula to take my daughter bath time, but she ignored.
Laura did ask me to pay her for 14 pounds for her taxi when she finish the job. To be honest, in her info mentioned that she have a full driving license thus I assume she will drive to work.
Total cost that I pay her for 2 hours was 44 pounds.

It is very easy to call someone unprofessional!

I would like to clarify some things:

She accepted the rate before I arrived at the house, if she considered it expensive why did she accept it?

Paying for the taxi or pick up was mentioned from the beginning.

We agreed two and a half hours (from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.) and she arrived half an hour before, the girl was having dinner and the next thing was to bathe her.

At no time was the girl left unattended, I gave her dinner, a drink, I read her stories, we danced and not for a second did she cry or did she feel uncomfortable (the most important thing in a babysitting service).

Paying for the taxi could be perhaps the only misunderstanding, but calling someone unprofessional and leaving a bad review for it is somewhat unfair and miserable.

My conscience is very clear and my services have always been well received by other families.
