Part Time Nanny with Special Needs Experience Job in Plymouth
About Me
I am a disabled mum of three girls, aged 9 and 6. Due to my physical restrictions (from chronic lower back pain), I am considering employing a nanny/home helper, as I struggle to do things at home and look after my children. My girls are full of energy and I struggle to keep up with them haha!
All of my girls struggle with additional needs, my youngest is at Feildstone school (and is thriving there), and has an EHCP. My 9 year old is experiencing EBSA and waiting to be assessed for neurodiversity.
Unfortunately, the girls trigger each other (resulting in dysregulation for them = chaos ). This is more of an issue at weekends and holidays, so these would be our main times for needing an additional person.
This "person" would need to be experienced in all aspects of send needs (ADHD, autism and PDA) and physically able (where I'm not able).
Ideally I need support at home on days I am on my own with the girls and even more so of a weekend.
