About Me
My aims are:
To create a warm, friendly and save environment that will encourage both the physical and emotional development of children.
To establish positive relationships with children and their families
To encourage development through use of play and exploration both inside and outside using loose parts, craft material, books etc....
To be responsible for keeping all statutory records
To fulfil the Health and Social Care Standards set out by the Scotish Government.
My service is intended for children ages 0-12 years of age, full or part time with flexible working times negotiated whilst ensure I stay within the conditions of my registration.
My Experience
I have been childminding for almost 17 years and have supported many children and families from baby to High School. I have an up to date First Aid certificate, Food and Hygience level 2 and Child Protection.
I have 2 of my own children who are now on both adults but who have and still play an important part in my service.
My Qualifications
Required first aid, certificate, child protection, food hygiene and lots of online relevant courses and general keeping up to date with changes and new approaches to childcare
