About Me

My name is layna. I am 40 years old. I have recently left my full time job at a special needs school and I am currently renovating my house, so I am looking for something for a day or too for a break. I currently P.A one evening a week for 2 lovely special needs girls.

I have lots of experience with special needs.
I have training in, oxygen, suction, nasogastric feeding, PEG and mic-key feeding, colostomy bags. cerebral palsy, global development, autism, dystonia, epilepsy and more.

I do not smoke or drink. I have a car, I am good with dogs or any other pets . I am very creative and have my own craft room and love making things, jewellery, cards, crochet and I love baking.

I love working with sensory materials, texture and lights. I am always happy to be the silly one, playing games, singing and dancing. Cant say it's good though.

My Qualifications

I am level 2 childcare practitioner, I am senco trained, along with other special needs training, all certificates can be seen. I am paediatric first aid trained and have a current DBS I have knowledge of basic makaton and BSL.
