Hello, my name is Akvile. I am a qualified teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England, gained through recognition of my overseas teaching qualifications. I am passionate about helping children develop confidence and achieve their full potential in English and Lithuanian as well.

My Experience
I have over 10 years of experience in teaching English. I hold a degree in English Education and have dedicated my career to helping children and young people develop strong communication, reading, writing, and language skills.
Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with students of different ages, abilities, and learning styles, helping them improve their confidence and achieve their academic goals. My lessons are engaging, structured, and tailored to each learner's individual needs, whether they require support with reading, grammar, spelling, writing, comprehension, exam preparation, or spoken English.
Since moving to the United Kingdom, I have continued working in education and have successfully obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England. I currently work in a school setting, supporting pupils in their learning and development, which allows me to stay up to date with the UK education system and curriculum.
In addition to English, I can also teach Lithuanian to both children and adults who wish to learn the language or strengthen their existing skills. I am passionate about languages and enjoy helping learners build confidence in communicating effectively.

My Qualifications
I hold QTS status, which is bachelor degree in English teaching, Alongside my teaching qualifications, I also hold qualifications in tailoring and dressmaking. I can offer beginner and intermediate tailoring lessons for children, teenagers, and adults who would like to learn sewing skills, garment construction, alterations, and creative textile projects.
My Availability
I am available in the afternoons but mostly during the weekends
