About Me
Hi! My name is Polly and I'm 26 years old. I have 10 years experience working with children, including 3 years as a teacher for an education charity, an au pair, a babysitter and an English teacher. I work 4 days a week for FareShare UK, supporting young people into work and acting as Safeguarding Lead, so I'm looking for evening babysitting jobs as I miss interacting with children all day! I speak French and Spanish, am First Aid and Mental Health First Aid qualified and I have training and experience in tutoring and children's activities. In my free time, I love anything that gets me out in nature, including hiking, swimming and cycling.
My Experience
I have over 10 years experience working with children, starting from babysitting and nannying throughout college and university, to teaching English and Tutoring, to working full time as an educator for a local charity for over 2 years. I am experienced at teaching, so can offer homework help or tutoring, as well as planning engaging and educational activities. I have First Aid, Safeguarding and Mental Health First Aid certificates, so your children will be in safe hands!
