My name is Ashlee, I am 25years old and Mum to a 1 year old. I am a kind, caring, reliable and professional person, with 8+ years of childcare experience within settings and as a private nanny.
I love nurturing and helping children to achieve all of their milestones and goals whilst maintaining that your desires are in the forefront of my mind whilst caring for your child/children.
- My role as Pedagogical Lead (Reggio Emilia inspired nursery) Is where I learned to allow children to be independent while still giving them support. Only interfering when completely necessary, for instance:
-Only interfering when I see an opportunity to nurture and extend children's knowledge and interests.
My Experience
My experience 7+ years of working in nurseries, schools and private nanny with children between the ages of 0-16years.
-To ensure engaging and stimulating activities are planned for child/ren.
-Weaning babies from 6months (including baby led weaning).
-Frequently reading of books.
-Ensuring to sing nursery rhymes with actions and props (where available).
-Preparing and giving the child/ren healthy and nutritious meals/ snacks.
-Ensuring that child/children play safely while inside and outside.
-Attending play/library groups to promote and nurture child/rens personal, social, emotional and educational development.

- Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
- Nannying from £14.00 per hour (net)
I am happy to discuss / change fees where appropriate .

Ashlee is a wonderful nanny; caring, reliable, thoughtful and far more. My 7 month old absolutely loves her and so do we. She brings warmth and happiness into our home and has created a really great bond with our baby - who has a massive smile on her face as soon as Ashlee walks in the room. She has my full trust, is easy to work with and is a pleasure to have in the house.
From her years working in a nursery she also has all of the requisite knowledge and experience around health and safety, age appropriate activities, songs, weaning, changing etc.
I am more than happy to provide a reference.
