My experience consists of working with all types of children from multicultural backgrounds.
Ages range from birth to 11years old .
I have also worked in a SEN unit with autism,ADHD,children with behaviour problems .

Charz has been caring for our baby for the past 3 months, and we couldn't be happier with the care she provides. She’s attentive, reliable, and truly treats him with love and care.
She always makes sure he’s clean and comfortable, taking the initiative to change his clothes whenever necessary. One of the things we really appreciate is how well she communicates—she keeps us updated throughout the day with messages, phone calls, and pictures, which gives us real peace of mind.
Charz also takes the time to engage him in age-appropriate play activities and helps him explore the world around him in a safe and stimulating way.
Charz has quickly become a trusted part of our child’s daily life, and we’re truly grateful for the care and dedication she shows every day. We highly recommend her to any parent looking for a thoughtful and responsible childminder.

My son has been coming to Charlene for maybe 3 months now and it’s evident he enjoys himself & has gotten more comfortable as time goes on. As a first time mum your very wary, sceptical & protective but my worries were eased easily once I saw how comfortable my son had gotten! :) Charlene ensures he’s fed great meals, taken out to parks/playgroups & engages in other indoor activities! I’m really happy with her childcare & she is a great recommendation!!!

My words won't do justice on how to describe Charlene!!! She's simply amazing with children, she can stand by your child in your absence, care and protect them🙌🏽❤️👌🏽! It's not all about business to her, but about humanity❤️ (yes, very rare to find nowadays 🙄)!!!
She understands the individuality of every child, and support them accordingly (and parents).
I can never recommend her enough, she's simply the best 👌🏽!!!

Charlene was great.
My 3year old son really enjoyed her.
She picked him up from nursery a few afternoons and took him to the park and he also enjoyed time in her setting. She was vibrant, Attentive, punctual, fun and caring.
Communication was frequent when my son was in her care.

Charlene has looked after both my girls age 2 and 5, providing an excellent personalised service. My older daughter struggles with separation yet both immediately bonded with Charlene, as she clearly has a natural affinity with children. Charlene provided a range of interesting activities, and quickly picked up on and responded to their individual interests and quirks! I would highly recommend.

Miss Charlene has been childminding my son from September and she feels like family. My son loves being in her care, he absolutely adores her. My son has a speech therapy as his speech development was delayed. Miss Charlene takes the time and effort to understand him and caters for all his needs. She provides different activities for him to do e.g. baking, painting, reading etc. Truly a God send and I couldn't be happier. Communication is top teir.

The moment my twins met Charlene they instantly clicked (their manger for about two months) It made me returning to work and leaving them in the morning more easier. Charlene was very patient with my twins especially when they had Their mood swings (the princess especially) very sad we had to leave (relocated) if only she could move with us lol. I would definitely recommend Charlene.
Ps the twins miss you.

My family and I have used Charlene’s services for a year now and we have been very impressed with the service she provides. She is very patient with my son and he always looks forward to pick up time with Charlene. She is always available when we need emergency help and does it with a smile on her face.

Charlene is the first nanny i hired, and i was so lucky to have found her, she is amazing!
We totally clicked when i first met her, her experience gave me confidence as she had worked in a nursery and school environment for over 10 years, including working with special needs children.
She worked with my son when he was 18 months old & my daughter 7 years old taking her to school and picking her up from school, i had no idea what to expect, but it worked out even better than i could of hoped.
Charlene follows the suggested curriculum for the age, and because of this i have seen both of my children flourish under her care, my favorite thing is her creativity as my children now loves to paint and make models.
her children are also absolutely brilliant, and i love that my children benefited from the social element of being around her children too.
overall i couldn't wish for anyone better to care for my children.

Charlene has worked with my family for several months, her standards of service is very good. She interacts well with my kids, plus she helps them with their homework, which takes the strain off me and my wife, when they get home. I would highly recommend her service to anyone.
