Hello, my name is Amy.
I am extremely reliable, kind and patient. I have welcomed my own baby in November 22. I have gone back to work part time for a lovely family in Wimbledon who I have now been with for over 3 years and my son comes with me. When I started with them the baby girl was 5 weeks old and her brother was 2.
I first started babysitting when I was 16 years old and haven’t stopped since, being with some amazing families over the years has really made my love for taking care of children and helping them to grow into kind and confident people so much more.
My ideal position would either be mornings or a couple/few longer days a week where I could also bring my son along while I still do a few days of school pick up for the family I have been with the last few years. The children are amazing and they are both so kind and have such a strong bond with my son.
My Experience
In College I studied child language acquisition. I therefor have a great understanding of how to develop children’s speech.
As previously stated I have cared for children sole charge from the ages of new born-14 years old.
I also have experience working with SEN children. I nannied for an 11 year old boy who is autistic and epileptic. He is non verbal and unable to walk independently so needed constant care. I cared for him for one year. I have also baby sat part time for 8 year old twin autistic brothers.
