My Summary

My Experience

I am currently working as a PSA in a special school while finishing my psychology degree. Previously I have for two years worked as a practitioner with children and young people with additional needs within short breaks services.
I have years of experience working with toddlers and young children with learning disabilities, CP and children on the autism spectrum. I have worked as a SEN teacher in Croatia for 18 months, teaching children with multiple disorders and learning challenges.
I hold a master's degree in Educational Rehabilitation, a program that specialises in the field of child development and all activities that encourage it. My major was Creative therapies with a focus on Drama therapy.
I held a couple 2 month drama programs for children with learning disabilities focused on the development of their social skills. I firmly believe that by giving children a safe space and playful tools you can teach them how to effectively maintain friendship, get better control of their own emotional well being and overall get a better understanding of the world that's surrounding them.

I am available to babysit and watch children, but I also offer skill development tutoring. I have experience both in social skills training and in cognitive skills training. I use a very simple and playful approach in these, and aim to get the best out of the children without causing them additional anxiety and frustration.

• Babysitting from £18.00 per hour
• Tutoring from £20.00 per hour

The fee varies depending on the children's needs and the location distance
