My Requirements

Looking for someone bubbly and fun to look after my 2 year old daughter on a casual and ongoing basis. She is very confidant, energetic and curious. She is sociable and doesn't have issues with meeting new people. Her communication is coming along great, she is currently potty training and so would need someone who is able to learn her cues and support her. A little sign would be helpful as she uses a few sign words at nursery. She does best with consistency and routine so I am taking great care to find someone who she will bond with and see as a regular familiar face. It will be disruptive to have babysitter changes repeatedly so this is a position best suited for a person who is looking for a 3-4 year Ad hoc commitment. I also have a 16 year old son who may be home at times of babysitting, but he does not require any care. He will likely come and go during the day and is able to cook for himself. They have a great bond and at times if needed he will around to help settle her or explain what it is she needs or maybe even just for cuddles.
