About Me

I am a dedicated and experienced teacher from London with over 6 years of experience in both tutoring and classroom teaching. I currently teach a Year 3 class and have extensive experience working with children across different educational settings, including private, public, mainstream, and SEN schools.

I’ve been consistently praised for my patient and approachable teaching style, which helps make learning an enjoyable experience for my pupils. I work with children from Pre-Reception age up to Year 9, tailoring my lessons to meet each child’s unique needs.

My approach is hands-on, and I am deeply committed to helping children grow and succeed academically and personally. I always ensure that my resources are relevant to the topics they are studying at school, keeping the material age-appropriate to engage young learners effectively. In addition to traditional subjects, I focus on enhancing students' communication, confidence, creativity, attention span, and problem-solving skills.

I have assisted students into getting in to preferred schools as well as support with work experience applications, connections and beyond. I have consistently obtained high results in English for all learners.

I have strong experience working with EAL learners, and I can speak Urdu and Punjabi, with some knowledge of French. I offer both in-person tutoring (willing to travel) and online sessions. I am happy to work around your schedule to best support your child’s learning journey.
