About Me
Hi my name is Tracy, I have gained a Grade 5 from the Care Inspectorate for the 14 years I have been childminding. I am married with two boys aged 17 and 12 we also have a dog called Cooper . I have looked after many children in the past 14 years and have always had a great relationship with both parents and children alike. I love to see the children in my care progress through their different stages in life. I aim to make their time with me as much fun as possible, with lots of learning through play, outings and attending various playgroup for the children to socialise with children of similar ages and stages.
I keep in touch with parents on a daily basis to send messages and pictures of their child , to show what they are doing on that day.
**I have copies of registration certificate, policies and procedures and up to date training certificates which can seem when visiting my service.
My Experience
I have been a mum for the past 17 years and have been a fully qualified childminder for almost 14 years. I have also helped to look after my nieces and nephews when they were younger before I had my own children, which was always great fun. I have gained a lot of experience over the years with my own children and also through childminding. Children are individual and therefore have to be cared for in a way which suits their own characters, personalities, and individual needs. Which helps them to grow in confidence and reach their full potential at different stages of childhood.
I also attend as many training courses as I can to keep up to date with current legislation required for childminding.
I also attend various childminding groups, play groups and visit lots of interesting and fun places with the children to help them socialise with other children. I also help with nursery drop off and pick ups as required.

SVQ3 in ChildCare and Development
Trained in first aid
Child Protection training.
Birth to Three training
Solihull Approach training
Training for two year old early years development.
Oral health and hygiene
Learning through play.
Food hygiene training.
Covid19 policy and risk assessment.

Monday to Friday 8 am to 5pm
Half days available, from 8 to 1pm and from 1 to 5pm
I am open 48 weeks per year.
