About Me
I am a PhD researcher at the University of Aberdeen studying conservation. In my spare time, i enjoy cooking, playing piano and doing yoga.
I love helping to take care of children and want childcare to be a positive experience for them.
As I have tutored for years, I can also help with any homework or homeschooling that needs done.
My Experience
I spent the majority of my teenage years helping to care for my youngest sisters who are 14 years younger than me. As a result, I have experience caring for children from newborn age up until age 12.
I'm good at making sure kids are having fun whilst also maintaining structure and discipline in a gentle way. I am a good cook and also do my best to help nurture creativity in children. I have a lot of compassion and empathy and really enjoy spending time with kids.
My Qualifications
Although I do not have any childcare qualifications, I have a DBS check
My other qualifications are a university degree in ecology and conservation and a master's degree in biology.
My Availability
I am quite flexible at the moment so am happy to work around your schedule.
