About Me
I am based around Saffron Walden, looking to find a lovely family to help look after on a part time basis (up to 1 full day or 2 short days a week). My DBS is on the Update Service and I have references if required. I have a full driving licence and a car, as well as an up to date paediatric first aid and level 3 in childcare. I would need to bring my currently 10 month old son with me every other week. I love the outdoors and would be looking to have fun playing, building, learning and enjoying the fresh air as much as possible. While inside, baking and arts and crafts are always a favourite of mine, using whatever we can find to build, inspire and create. I enjoy singing songs and nursery rhymes with the little ones, and reading is always high on the list. I love walking, reading and doing puzzles to relax, as well as workouts and yoga to keep fit.
My Experience
I love working with younger children and forming relationships with them, caring for them and helping them to develop as individuals. I have worked as a nanny for 6 years, with 5 different family’s ranging from one to four children, from 4 months to 9 years old. Before and throughout this I have worked in a small family nursery for almost 8 years with children aged from 6 months up to 6 years old. I have been a key worker for all these ages and formed strong bonds with each child, learning how they develop best and having as much fun as possible getting mucky!
My Qualifications
Level 3 Diploma in the Children Workforce.
Paediatrics First Aid.
Effective Safeguarding Practice.
My Availability
Wednesdays and/or Thursdays.
My Fees
- Nannying from £18.00 per hour (gross)
£18.00 an hour or £15 an hour when I bring my son.
