About Me
I have worked with children for the past four years within a nursery and as a nanny. I adore my job and I'm so so lucky to be doing something I love so much! I'm currently available for occasional babysitting.
I have experience working with young adults with additional needs which is a skill I transfer into my childcare. I have some makaton and BSL knowledge but I am definitely keen to learn more!
I also have extensive experience with first aid and am qualified in both paediatric first aid and first aid at work.
I don't have a driving license so I would only be able to help with school drop off if it's within walking distance.
My Experience
I worked in a nursery, whilst completing my level 3 early years educator diploma. I am currently working as a fully time nanny for a wonderful family. I have done lots of babysitting jobs previously and have worked with children from the ages of 5months-18 years. I am paediatric first aid qualified and on the DBS update service
My Qualifications
I am a qualified level 3 early years educator and have been DBS checked and cleared. I am paediatric first aid qualified and I have had experience in first hand first aid and am more than wiling to perform first aid if needed. I also have all my manual handling, food hygiene, COSHH, allergen awareness, fire awareness and health and safety certificates.
My Availability
I currently have full availability from the 19 June to the 4th July. Other than that I am available most weekends. I am also looking to join a new family full time from February 2026

We’ve had the absolute privilege of having Abi care for our 3 children for over a year. Abi is the most amazing Nanny I have ever had. We have been completely blown away by her professionalism, deep love, care and respect for our 3 children. Our children absolutely love her and she has become part of our family. I would definitely recommend Abi as a Nanny, she is so hard working, thoughtful and brilliant at her job. I can’t speak more highly of her and any family who is blessed enough to have Abi care for their kids will be extremely lucky. Our children are going off to school so we won’t have littles at home anymore, so that is the only reason Abi will be transitioning on from us, otherwise we would love to keep her forever because she is utterly brilliant .
