My Experience

I have nanny experience with children of ages 2-11 years working within the family home. I am also a former primary school teacher and nursery practitioner, with a university degree in Early Childhood Studies. My experiences in both work and my own education have fueled my passion for working with children and a strong interest in the ways in which they grow and learn.
I have work experience in a variety of settings, including primary schools, nurseries, children's centres and as a nanny. I learnt how to interact with children from ages 0-18 and listen to individuals to understand their needs. In my nursery and nanny roles I was responsible for daily care including food, sleep provision, dressing, toilet training and more. I also have used the EYFS and National Curriculum guidance in practice so am able to support children with homework and home learning, including learning through play. I communicate with parents wherever possible as I truly value the role they play as main caregivers in relation to the children. It is important for children to have a comfortable environment, feeling safe and happy.

My Availability

I am currently looking for a PAYE part-time nanny position (minimum 16 hpw) ideally wrap around school care in the mornings and afternoons.
I am open to 2-3 fuller days if timings work for both parties.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £14.00 per hour
• Nannying from £16.00 per hour (gross)
