Sen child undergoing assessment for autism & GDD. Will be attending speech and language therapy soon and physiotherapy. In need of a quiet setting either in a nursery or a childminders but I need someone who is experienced with SEN.

Hi,
Im looking for a nursery or childminder for my 2.5 year old son who is currently going through the process of getting a diagnosis for autism and global development delay. Portage have estimated his age to be from 10-12 months at present.
He is non-verbal and will be attending speech therapy as soon as he is of age. He also can’t walk very for due to feet issues
I am looking for a childminder for him to start asap with to also work towards getting an ECHP as he will not cope with a mainstream nursery or school environment and so we are currently looking at applying for the ECHP with help from portage whom we have been working with the past few months but he needs to be in nursery or childminder to understand his needs
In need of government funding childcare to start on low hours to start and somewhere that’s not too busy
