Key workers require reliable childcare while their beloved and trusted nanny is on maternity leave.
My Requirements
TWICKENHAM TW1
Mature, reliable individual who can offer school drop off 3-4 times a week ( Mon/ Wed/Thursday) essential +/- Tuesday ( planned in advance).
After school Mon, Wed, Thursday with offer of adhoc Friday/Tuesday if highlighted in advance).
Term time cover as above-
Full days Mon/Wed/Thursday (7-730) - over half term and 10 days at start of X mas holiday
2 kids - 10G and 6B
Critical term for my daughter.
Parent work at a hospital so know their days and hours well in advance
Driver, own car
The individual will need to be:
Flexible
Punctual
Organised
Non smoker
Car would help with commute with hours. Otherwise there is a bus to school.
As this is a maternity cover role we are looking to just have the absolutely necessary cover needed but if someone had more to offer to make up the hours they needed happy to discuss this. We are happy to be flexible with this.
We will also require flexibility and punctuality as sometimes we can't always be home on time due to factors completely out of our control.
Trust, honesty and open communication is really important and something we value.
No pets in the house.
DBS and paediatric first aid required as our son has a nut allergy.

We would also like to discuss how you could potentially help cover Mon/Wed/Thursday day if one of the kids was unwell and we needed cover.
At this point happy to consider all options-
A morning/ after school person if that works better so if you can offer part of what we are looking please get in touch.

Having spent a month talking to various individuals for the role of a nanny/ babysitter, we were pleasantly surprised how easy it was to communicate with Emma and have her understand our childcare needs. It is very clear that she is a very experienced nanny housekeeper who loves not only the children but caring for the family she works for. She is approachable, bubbly, organised and flexible. Our 4 year old who is normally shy and fairly opinionated took an instant liking to her. We look forward to getting to know Emma over the coming years and have her sit for our children. She would make a wonderful addition to any family.
