About Me
My name is Cairistiona, I am 24 and I live in Westmuir, Kirriemuir with my partner James and my little black lab called Bramble. I am a qualified midwife, with full a PVG for adults and children. I have my own car with a full UK drivers license.
As a midwife I love being around young children and babies and helping families thrive. I really enjoy creative activities like baking, arts and crafts, athletic activities like swimming and dog walks, I really enjoy reading and audiobooks and am always open to do new things / activities.
I spend a lot of time out doors, growing up around farms and my partners family being in farming as well. I am very good with all sorts of animals and love nature.
My favourite things to bake are fun interactive things like tray bakes and bread. I have always loved cooking and love trying new recipes. My parents always included me and my sister in cooking as children and we found it so beneficial.
I also love a relaxing day watching a favourite film and having down time to reset.
My Experience
As I mentioned I am a qualified midwife, working in NHS
Tayside currently. Due to this I am very experienced in baby care and new borns, understand the importance of routine and keeping your children safe and healthy is my priority.
As a midwife I am very up to date with public health and with infant feeding. I look after families daily and it is my true vocation. I understand the complexities of family life. I am hard working, understand how to manage stressful situations, and make the most out of every situation.
I am adaptable in every situation. I love children and babies and taking care of them, and taking care of parents by doing tasks to aid you.
I am trained in basic life support, manual handling, first aid and neonatal life support. I also have experience caring for people with learning and physical disabilities, especially neurodivergence and learning disabilities.
My Qualifications
BSC in Midwifery from the school of Health and life sciences at UWS.
National 5 - AACDD (English, Hospitality, Biology, History, Maths) from left to right.
Highers -ABBCC (Drama, Geography, English, Photography, Health and Food technology) from left to right.
My Availability
I work 3 days a week in my job which is shift work so would be available on different days every week but will try to be as accommodating as possible.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £18.00 per hour
- Nannying from £18.00 per hour (gross)
£18 an hour, would be extra per hour for over night stays
