About Me
My husband and I have a 6 year old girl who is a joy to be around.
She seems to be the kind of girl who is very intelligent, interested in learning everything, and is generally very smiley and easygoing!
She's our sunshine girl - loves to laugh, is very curious about the world, and extremely affectionate. We also suspect that she might be more on the gifted side as she has a passion for science and biology in particular well beyond her years.
She has a real personality and can be super giggly and silly, and has great interest in the world around her - animals, the natural world, cooking, gardening, arts and crafts, and our beloved pet cat that she loves to give treats to.
She has some signs of mild autism/ADHD and we can walk you through the adjustments we have in place for her - generally she is kind and well behaved but can be sensitive and anxious so we need someone calm and patient who can understand her needs.
My Requirements
I'm interested in talking to nannies who can provide ad-hoc support when I need to work. Sometimes this may involve driving her to and from school, or after school support cooking dinner and helping her do her homework.
Primarily I'm looking for IMMEDIATE ad-hoc support as I have work that requires me to be away from home for a couple of weeks. Dates are late August and early September.
Essential:
You must be able to drive as the village is not really reachable by public transport (if you're providing childcare in our home - not necessary for childminders)
First Aid
Asthma trained
DBS checked
Ideally experience with autism/ADHD in girls
