Fully qualified, Ofsted registered experienced childminder. My name is Tina and I am a married mother to 3 children aged 21, 18 and 13. I have been married for 24 years. I moved to Whittlesey from London in 2006.
My Experience
I am an experienced Ofsted Registered childminder living in the Whiitlesey area. I am fully insured and a member of PACEY and am First Aid trained. I have been childminding for over 15 years and have minded children with ages ranging from 4 months to 13 years. I offer a range of activities for minded children and regularly attend and assist in running local toddler groups. I aim to offer a home-from-home environment where children feel happy and relaxed and always wear a happy smile. I offer before and after school care for children attending Alderman Jacobs School and can offer holiday care only if required. Non-smoking household. References are available on request. Spaces available from September. I am able to offer government funded hours up to 30 hours per week term time for eligible 9 month 2,3 &4 year olds.
My Qualifications
I am registered as a Childminder with Ofsted. I am First Aid trained and have completed various courses including Safeguarding , Makaton children and Food hygiene and have a cache level 3 diploma in childcare.
My Availability
My opening hours are 7. 30am - 6pm Monday - Friday and can offer flexibility for evenings and weekends on request.

Tina has been looking after my LB for nearly 5 years since his first day at school providing exceptional wrap-around care & additional care throughout the school holidays.
She offers a lovely & welcoming setting, supported by her equally caring family. She genuinely cares for the children in her care, making each one feel special & valued. My LB is quite shy, but Tina has a unique ability to bring out his confidence. He participates in a variety of activities that keep him engaged & happy.
What sets Tina apart is her dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. She is always my go to for advice, and I trust her completely. Tina’s commitment to the children is unwavering, & she truly embodies the spirit of Mary Poppins.
She creates a nurturing environment where the child can thrive & feel secure, I cannot recommend her highly enough.

My LB has been with Tina now for 2 years, he absolutely adores her and loves his days there. As a first time mum I was extremely nervous handing my little one over to someone I didn’t know but from the very start Tina put us both at ease and made us feel so welcome. She is the most caring person and will go above and beyond to help you. My little boy has learnt so much from Tina, even how to use a defibrillator at 3!!
I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Tina has cared for all my children over the last 15 + years and still currently cares for my youngest daughter. Her care is second to none. My son has additional needs and her care with him was again faultless. A lovely childminder with a lovely family and she treats the children as they were one of her own. Lots of learning opportunities provided in the home, at groups and on day trips.
We as a family were extremely lucky to have found Tina.
