About Me

Hi, I'm Ciara! I am a qualified primary school teacher currently in my fifth year of teaching with a particular passion for Early Years.

I love making learning fun, practical and engaging helping young children develop confidence while building the key skills they need. I can support children with early maths, reading, writing, phonics and communication using games, hands-on activities and creative approaches rather than simply relying on worksheets.

I understand that every child learns differently, so I tailor sessions around the individual child, their interests and the areas where they need extra support. I am patient, encouraging and enthusiastic and I believe children mar the best progress when they feel happy, successful and excited to earn.

Through my classroom experience, I have worked with children with a wide range of abilities and needs and I am confident in adapting activities so that learning feels achievable while still providing the right level of challenge.

Whether your child needs some extra help with phonics, confidence with numbers, early writing and reading, communication skills or simply a boost before moving into their next stage of learning, my aim is to provide positive, enjoyable sessions where they can learn, explore and grow in confidence.
