About Me
Hello my name is Maria. I have been working as a nanny for the past 10 years. Since Nov 2022 I have been working as a part time nanny looking after newborn baby boy. Prior to this job I was looking after 7 months old baby girl. When I started she was 3 months old. I also looked after 1 year old twins. I stayed with this family for over a year. Before nanny position with the twins I worked as a nanny looking after 4 children
over 7 years (7,5,3,1). The oldest child was 3 months old when I started. I am looking for a full time job and I am available from now. I am Ofsted registered, have First Aid Certificate, DBS and can provide references
My Experience
From 2002 – 2008 I have worked as a nanny, looking after 4 yr old boy. In 2008 I started to look after his newborn brother as his Mum was recovering from C-section. In 2010 I became an Ofsted registered childminder. I was in sole care of babies as young as 3 months while their parents went to work. Between 2013-2020 I have been working for one family looking after 4 children and from 2020-2021 I worked as a nanny looking after 1 yr old twin girls. In between January 2023- June 2023 I looked after 3 months old baby girl. At present I am working part-time looking after 8 months old baby.

Maria has cared for my firstborn daughter from the age of 3 months through to 7 months. I have nothing but positive views on her - she is responsible, professional and reliable, but more importantly she genuinely cared deeply for my daughter and I fully trusted Maria's care in my absence (both myself and my husband work long hours). I always felt comfortable that Maria had my daughters best interest at heart and that my daughter would always be safe in her care. Would highly recommend Maria, especially for younger babies.
Overall
Maria worked as our nanny for our twins for 13 months between the age of one and two. She quickly formed a strong bond with them and did a range of activities with them, taking them to parks, playgroup, classes and playgrounds as well as home based activities like reading and playing. Maria was responsible for cooking and baby related housekeeping. She is incredibly trustworthy and reliable. Maria integrated very well into our family, which was no mean feat with two parents mostly working from home. I would thoroughly recommend Maria to other families.

Overall
Maria has been with us for 7 years now, starting when our eldest was 3 months old. We now have 4 children and I couldn't have hoped for a better nanny for them. Maria has allowed me to go back to work knowing that my children were safe, happy, never short of love and cuddles. She has bottomless patience, engages with the children in various ways, chatting reading playing etc... She takes them to local playgroups, library, museum, playgrounds and park. She built a strong network of local nannies and children so that our children had lots of friends with whom they shared activities and playdates suitable for their age. Our circumstances and needs have changed now and it's a heartbreak to see her go, we wish her the very best and we can wholeheartedly recommend her, specially for your baby !

Maria has been looking after our daughter Juliette from 3 months old, 3 to 4 days a week depending on the week.
She is at the same time calm and energetic and has build a strong, positive and trusting relationship with our daughter and has been a great part in bringing her up to the happy little girl she is today.
She always went out with Juliette to playgroups and parks and has never been in the way of our requirements. She is a flexible and reliable childminder, which has been a godsend in the early days of Juliette's life and has allowed me to go to work not having to worry about anything.
There is nothing wrong to say about Maria, she is a person that cares a lot and I would recommend her to anyone but particularly to the very little ones.
