From the outset, she took the time to listen to our routines and preferences, and was always respectful of our wishes. She was incredibly easy to communicate with and a pleasure to work with.

Most importantly, our son absolutely adored her. He took to her easily, was always happy and settled in her care, and clearly felt safe, comfortable, and loved. Luana has a wonderful way with children—she is patient, engaging, attentive, and naturally nurturing.
