My Summary
About Me
Hello, thanks for clicking on my page! I am a friendly mum of two children living in Surbiton. As a postnatal doula my support is tailored to your individual needs and very flexible. It includes:
Planning for the postnatal period - a special session to help you plan ahead for the first few weeks beyond the birth.
Emotional support - a chance to debrief your birth experience, express your feelings and navigate your changing hormones through all the ups and downs of early motherhood.
Infant care and feeding support to help you both thrive in the early days as you get to know each other and understand your baby.
Taking sole charge of your baby - I can look after your baby while you sleep, shower, rest, or just have some time to yourself.
Cooking and nutritional support - Important in the early weeks is to help your body recover from birth. I can make nourishing, home cooked meals for you and your family so you eat well, feel well and haven't got to worry about getting dinner on the table.
Older siblings - After all that time childminding I'm great at feeding and entertaining your other kids or helping with the school run to give you time and space with your new baby.
Practical help - with light housework, laundry, general errands and all the bits and pieces that help your household run smoothly while you spend time with your baby and much, much more.
Please get in touch for a chat to find our more about how I can help your postnatal journey be calm, joyful and fulfilling.
