About Me
I have been working within childcare for 18 years. In various settings and roles I have gained the experience of working with children and securing positive relationships with parents and carers.

Most importantly of all, is Laura’s passion for the experience the children receive. Always at the top of her list of priorities is the safeguarding and welfare of the children, and her pursuit of educational excellence. Laura uses a range of self-evaluation and audit tools to analyse both qualitative and quantitative data to identify areas of exemplary practical and also identify any areas where quality may need development. progress is less than expected, it is this incisive evaluation of the practice leads that leads to highly effective teaching and learning for all.
