About Me
Hello,
We are Lana and Terri, a mother and daughter team, who have recently retrained as childminders. Having worked together for a number of years now in other roles, we are very excited to start this new venture together. We are newly OFSTED registered childminders who both hold valid DBS checks, First Aid Certificates and relevant Safeguarding qualifications.
Between us, we have lots of experience with children. Lana, as a mother of four children very close in age, knows what the local area has to offer for young children and brings fun, laughter and a caring nature to their days. Terri is very caring and vibrant and has experience with newborns right up to school age children as she has supported a number of close friends on their journey of motherhood.
Our home set-up offers space, numerous engaging activities and a home-from-home environment where children will feel safe and have lots to keep them busy. We are also very lucky to live opposite Regent's Park which offers fantastic outdoor space and London Zoo which we plan to take regular visits to with the children.

Tender Love and Care (TLC) is the perfect name for this wonderful mother and daughter childminding team, Lana and Terri. Lana & Terri have provided a terrific, fun, friendly and professional service at all times to all three of our children aged 1, 4 and 7 (when we first starting using their services a year ago). They’ve helped in emergencies and have been incredibly flexible with timings and days we book. They take the children on outstanding trips to childrens centres, museums and London Zoo. Our children have developed, learnt so much and flourished in their setting and most of the time they don’t want to leave! Thanks from the bottom of our hearts, Esther & Family
