Our family has retained Joanna's services for over a year and a half now, since our daughter was a baby. It was a tremendously hard thing for me to do as a mother, to hand my child into the care of another. I spent significant time and energy interviewing and vetting childcare providers, never quite clicking or feeling at ease with them. Until I met Joanna.

Joanna has the depth of childcare experience, professionalism, genuine warmth and kindness and straightforward common sense that I had thought was an unrealistic ideal I had for a nanny.

She is utterly beloved by my child, which is of course, so very important to me. Underpinning that, Joanna nourishes my daughter's love of the outdoors, of books and being social. From nappy changes to potty training, Joanna has been there for her with boundless patience and diligence.

I can relax that worried mother part of me when I'm at work, knowing that Joanna is with my daughter. She sends me photos of her activities and fills me in on her day - her communication is always reassuringly comprehensive.

Joanna is always punctual, tidy, clean and conscientious. I always seem to have less on my to-do list when she has been here!

Above and beyond this, Joanna has been a companion to me in motherhood. From sound advice to heartfelt conversation, I feel I have benefitted from Joanna's presence as much as my daughter has. It has been an honest to goodness pleasure to have her in my home.
