About Me
My name is Laura and I’m a very proud Mam of 2 boys who are 9and 12. We have a lovely Labrador - Geoffrey who is very much part of the family and loves playing with the children. I live in a detached house, with a big garden that backs onto a lovely woodland area in Beaumont Park in Whitley Bay. We love being outdoors exploring and splashing in muddy puddles.
My Experience
I am an experienced primary school teacher of 14 years and have recently qualified as a childminder. I have a passion for early years education and can’t wait to welcome children to my own home from home setting. My ethos is play and explore, take risks and learn, be outdoors and be happy. I can offer you a fantastic caring, relaxed environment where learning takes place naturally and children feel confident to thrive.
