My Summary
About Me
Hi, I am a Scottish 30 year old recently graduated from the Royal Academy of Music studying opera singing. I love kids, animals and dinosaurs, cooking, outdoor adventures and, of course, singing and music!
My Experience
Having being raised as a middle child of ten I have a ton of experience with children of all ages. One of my younger siblings has severe autism and thus - through him and volunteering in clubs he has taken part in - I have a very comprehensive understanding of Autism spectrum disorder.
I have also worked a year placement in Hazlewood Primary school, which is a school for children with cerebral palsy, autism, deafness and blindness, teaching music.
I have nannied full time for four families; the first for a one and a half year old boy; the second a family of three (11, 8 and 5 respectively), the third for a two year old girl with additional needs including cerebral palsy and epilepsy, and the fourth a lovely four year old girl. Alongside the primary role of caregiver, my other duties have included cooking, light cleaning, homeschooling, tube feeding, administering daily medicine, physio and epilepsy training.
These positions have been temporary due to the unstable nature of COVID-19 life, and the changing needs of families throughout, however I have kept good relations with all families and still help out occasionally.
Currently I work a full time position managing a thriving restaurant and bar in central London, and have a beautiful three year old daughter. I am looking for temp babysitting or nanny work on my days off to help save up money for my wedding!
NOTE: I do not have a drivers license (yet!), so if this is a necessity for you then unfortunately I am not who you are looking for! :)
My Qualifications
Bachelor of music (vocal studies)
Masters of Arts (opera)
Dementia friend
My Availability
As I work full time in another role, I am only available regularly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. With given notice I can be available at other times for babysitting work.

Eva joined us during lockdown and did an amazing job managing 3 kids with homeschooling, preparing food and providing structured play times for different ages. My eldest son who is 11 is autistic and has special requirements Eva was incredibly patient and accommodating to his needs.
The kids are returning to school age 11, 8 and 5 and so we are not able to keep Eva long term.
She is full of positive energy and enjoys playing games with them all. Happy to speak in person through Eva if you want additional reference. Thanks Nina

Eva was our nanny for two months for our one year old having stepped in at short notice to cover for our regular nanny. She always turned up on time and focused on our son all day long. As it was during the COVID-19 lock down period, there was little to do and few places to go, but Eva always created fun for our son and I could often hear him laughing away. She also cooked meals for the family, did the laundry, and walked the dog. She is lovely to have around, we trusted her with our son, and she will be missed. If it wasn’t for travel distance and our regular nanny returning, we would have loved to keep Eva around and we hope to stay in touch.
