Reliable, trustworthy and thoughtful

We employed Steph to look after our son, Arizona, weekly for a few hours, to provide my husband and I with some respite. He is 2 years old with additional needs, and is disabled, so it was imperative we found someone who could use their initiative and adapt their approach to meet his unique needs. Arizona took to Steph straight away and was always really happy when she left, so we knew he had a good time! He has autistic traits and sensory processing issues, so keeping him calm and entertained can be challenging, but Steph did a wonderful job. Sadly we have moved away from Ayrshire now, and our only regret is that we couldn't take her with us! I would recommend Steph to any family looking for support.
