Registered Childminder Job in Uckfield
About Me
I’m a single mum with a 3 year old boy. I’m hoping to be starting a new job as of January.
My Requirements
Im looking for someone who is either a childminder (ofsted or registered), babysitter that drives and help me with the wrap around care. To have my son on the mornings that I have to leave early for work and to drop him off to nursery and collect him in the afternoons until I get back from work. I will be working from home after my training period, so then I will only be needing few times a week or afternoon collection from nursery until I finish work.

My son Daniel (5 - who is now in primary), has been with Caroline at Rugrats, pretty much since they first open. I was very excited and hesitant to send him at first due to bad experiences with other nurseries in the past, but Caroline and her team had reassured me that he would be fine and he was, he fitted in like a piece of their furniture from day 1.
I remember his taster day, he walked in as if he belong there and he has thrived so much since attending. He has a speech delay due to covid, as he didn’t socialise much, but since attending he has definitely reached and achieved many milestones in such a short period of time. They helped him in so many ways, that I’m ever so grateful for. I had struggled to find ways to help him. He has turned into a sweet nurturing, little boy that loves numbers, singing, dancing and has a heart of gold towards all his friends but especially to the younger ‘baby’ peers. He helps look after them.
He used to attend 2-3 days per week whilst attending nursery but since his in school, he attends after school or during holiday periods.
I’ve never seen a childcare with so many enriching opportunities, different activities daily, walks, woodlands, outdoor, different indoor activities and a very safe and secure garden!
Caroline is fabulous, she will keep in touch you throughout the day whilst your child is with her. There’s always lots of different stuff she will send you, keep you updated!
I would recommend Caroline and her team to anyone I know that requires childcare!
