About Me
I am 30 years old, and I am a fully qualified Norland Nanny. I would describe myself as a calm, reliable, organised, and caring individual, who uses initiative. I have a passion for cooking and baking, and enjoy trying out new recipes and cooking ideas. I love to be crafty and like to create different projects and designs with children. I like to spend time outdoors (whatever the weather!) so like going on walks or taking trips getting fresh air and exercise, especially at National Trust sites where I have a membership. I also adore animals, I have a cat at home, but I am a general huge animal lover.
I have excellent references from all of my previous families, and I would be happy to provide these on request.
My Experience
Over the years I have had a broad range of experiences, from children who are new-born babies up to children 12 years of age. Additionally, I have gained experience from my personal life, I regularly provide support and care for my niece and nephew who have SEND.
I am confident with all aspects of child care including, the child’s personal care, laundry, weaning, cooking, organising the diary for appointments, and and planning and implementing exciting and educational activities. I have a full understanding and knowledge of the EYFS, and how to implement learning opportunities in a fun and engaging way.
