Hi, I'm Jodie! I'm a young, fun and energetic primary school teaching assistant with 5 years of childcare experience in total.
I'm available as a temporary nanny/babysitter during school holidays, happy to do anything from a few hours to multiple days, depending on what you need.
My Experience
After finishing my A levels in 2019, I worked fulltime in a nursery and then as a private nanny, before starting in my current role primary teaching assistant 18 months ago. I'm loving this but also enjoy helping families during the school holidays.
Thinking about the strenths I bring as a nanny, I'm reliable and resourceful, kind, funny and extremely hardworking! Literature is a passion for me so I especially love reading to children and helping them to develop their literacy skills. I'm also a creative person and love making up games and activities to capture children's imagination.
I'm happy in sole charge of children as well as working alongside a mum, including helping with housework and errands.
My Qualifications
9 GCSEs including English and Maths
3 A levels (English Literature, Media Studies and Film Studies)
Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate
I Am CRB/DBS Cleared and I have a recent Paediatric First Aid certificate.
My Availability
I'm available Monday - sunday, flexible hours so just let me know when you need me. babysitting any time or nannying for any of the dates above over the Easter hols.
