Since first meeting Megan in early 2024, she has become an invaluable part of how we get from one week to the next. With super easy communication from the very beginning, she is a wonderfully calm and supportive presence in our family ecosystem. She is brilliant with our son. She is so switched on to what makes him tick, picking up cues and anticipating his needs. He absolutely loves her and is always excited to see her. I was initially a bit nervous about leaving our son with somebody who wasn't family. Megan was so patient and understanding, working with us to find what would work best.
