I have a permanent nannying role but can sometimes offer ad hoc cover (when my family is away) and evening babysitting.

I am a mature lady (64)- The photo is from 2023. I raised my own children to become good eggs. My background is not overly conventional I spent 30 years owning a manufacturing business, but following the death of my business partner (who I cared for throughout his 4 year cancer battle) I spent a period as a nanny and found my passion. Sadly in 2018 I stopped to care for my parents 24/7 until 2021. I am passionate about maximising potential and have done a lot of tutoring. I have experience with dyslexia and the behavioural issue linked with that. I spent 7 years living in Paris and then did a French and Spanish degree at London University. I can bring a vast amount of experience and a lot of enthusiasm and a fair amount of energy to any situation. All these words, however, do not compare with having a chat and both parties having a good feeling about any “babysitting gig”. I am delighted at the thought of being back involved with early years and future - end of life care, especially with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Incontinence and Denial as bedfellows, is not a barrel of laughs and I like the lighter side of life.
