I am a Level 5 qualified nursery practitioner currently working as Deputy Manager in a private nursery. I have worked at my setting for 10 years, beginning as an apprentice and progressing while completing my Level 2, Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications in Childcare.

As a parent myself, I have both personal and professional experience caring for babies, toddlers and preschool-aged children. I also have experience supporting children with SEND and understand the importance of meeting individual needs, routines and developmental stages.

Alongside my childcare experience, I am one of the designated safeguarding leads within my setting and hold an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
