About Me
Hi, I’m Ryan. I’m a qualified Primary Teacher from Burton-on-Trent and currently work as a Year 3/4 class teacher at a local primary school. I really enjoy working with children and have several years of experience supporting children of different ages and abilities in both the classroom and outside of school.
I graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Spanish & TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), before completing my teacher training at the University of Chichester. I also hold a Cambridge CELTA qualification.
Before becoming a teacher, I worked as a Teaching Assistant, which gave me valuable experience working closely with children and supporting their individual needs. As a teacher, I have experience with children from Reception through to Year 6, including supporting children with additional needs, English as an additional language and preparing pupils for SATs.
I’m a friendly, patient and responsible qualified teacher and genuinely enjoy spending time with children. I’m available for babysitting, homework support and private tutoring, particularly at weekends and during school holidays. I’m also happy to help with reading, maths, English or Spanish depending on your child’s needs.
