My Requirements

We are a friendly family with 3 children in Radlett, Hertfordshire looking for an after-school nanny.

The children are 9, 15 and 16 years old.

Pay is £19 an hour.

During term time, for 38 weeks a year, the minimum hours are 3:30 to 7:30pm, Monday to Thursday (16 hours a week). We can discuss more hours as needed.

During school holidays, for 14 weeks a year, the hours are 9:30am to 7:30pm for 2 days a week and 3 to 7:30pm for 2 days a week, Monday to Thursday (29 hours a week).

Minimum pay £19,266 a year. Can agree hours up to £23,000 a year.

Pay will be spread evenly through the year.

28 days holiday (full time equivalent) plus bank holidays.

During term time, the role involves collecting our youngest from school and bringing him home, overseeing homework, cooking tea and tidying up. The older 2 need limited supervision.

During school holidays, the role involves collecting him from holiday camp twice a week and spending a full day at home or out doing activities twice a week.

The role also involves light housework like emptying the dishwasher and doing clothes washing. We also have a regular cleaner.
