Sam looked after our daughter Charlotte from around 4/5 months and was a really important part of her early development. Sam brought her daughter to work with her (before she started nursery halfway through her time with us) and our daughter formed a really strong bond with her. It was never an issue or an intrusion for us, and Sam was very capable in managing both. In fact, I think in many ways it benefitted our daughter having another child around. Sam would also help with our 4yrs twin boys when they got back from nursery.
Sam made an effort to take Charlotte out everyday and organised lots of fun activities so that was always stimulated. She helped us with weaning onto solids and with nap times/routines. Sam is extremely experienced and I immediately felt comfortable leaving my baby with her. She is very calm and caring, which I think Charlotte was able to sense.
I would highly recommend Sam and please do feel free to get in touch if you would like any more details. The only reason Sam left us is because she went on maternity with her son and by the time she was ready to come back to us, Charlotte had moved onto full time nursery.

I cannot recommend Sam highly enough. I have 3 boys. Sam looked after my youngest (1yrs) and my 3yr old. Nothing was too much, she would collect from anywhere, drop to any location we needed. My middle child can be extremely changelling and she handle him with ease. We are sad that our arrangements has come to an end and wish her all the best in the future. We are happy to provide references.

Sam is a kind and caring nanny. She has been looking after our boys for the last three years and they just love her. She plans days out and play dates. The boys have lots of fun. Sam also prepares freshly cooked meals and takes care of their laundry. We highly recommend her.

We were lucky enough to share Sam with the other family last year and my children (then aged 3/4 and 6) loved her. We only stopped the arrangement because my youngest started full-time education and outside care was no longer required. I would use her again at the drop of a hat.
Sam provides exactly the right mix of fun and safety/discipline so the kids were always happy to go to her while I was assured they'd be well looked after. She came up with some great days out during the holidays as well as activities to keep them amused at home. She was also very good at making nutritious food for them. And all without leaving a mess!
I was also able to build a good working relationship with the other family who were flexible and easy to communicate with.

Sam is a wonderful Nanny, and is a natural with the children. She really cares about them and the children absolutely love her. I can't recommend her highly enough!
On the practical side she helps with Chloe's reading homework which helps me a lot and takes the children on outings and clubs in the holidays. Between the families we make sure all the kids are looked after and getting what they need, and they have developed a great friendship with each other and a bond with Sam.
