Hello, my name is Monia!
I’m originally from Italy and have been living in London for over 10 years. During that time, I’ve worked as an au pair in several countries, including the UK, giving me experience caring for children of different ages.
I’m fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish, and I’d be more than happy to speak to your children in any of these languages if that’s something you’d like to encourage. I can also help children learn or practise Italian in a fun and natural way.
I genuinely love working with children and enjoy creating a fun, safe, and caring environment where they can feel happy and supported. Whether you need help with childcare, keeping little ones entertained, or simply an extra pair of hands, I’d be delighted to help.

My Experience
Over the past 12 years, I’ve worked with several families, looking after children while completing my degree and throughout my career.
Thanks to my experience with children of different ages, I’m confident, responsible, and able to stay calm and handle any situation that may arise. Creating a safe, caring, and fun environment for children is always my priority.
I was an au pair in Australia for a year and a half, caring full-time for a wonderful 2-year-old boy and his 5-year-old sister.
During the pandemic, I worked as an au pair in the UK for seven months, looking after a 2-year-old boy. I’m still in touch with the family today, and we’ve maintained a fantastic relationship.
After that, I worked as a part-time nanny for a lovely family, caring for a 3-year-old boy and his 6-month-old baby sister.
From October 2022 to October 2025, I was an after-school nanny for two children aged 6 and 2. My responsibilities included school pick-ups, preparing meals, organising fun and educational activities, helping with homework, bath time, and bedtime routines, while always ensuring the children felt happy, safe, and well cared for.
My Qualifications
I completed my education at the age of 19 and hold a Diploma in Languages.
I speak Italian, English, Spanish, and French. Italian is my native language, and I’m fluent in English and Spanish, with a good level of French.
My Availability
I currently have a full time job - Monday to Friday from 10 until 5pm so I'm looking for a pre school and after school nanny jobs and evening Babysitting.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (net)
