My Requirements

We are a professional couple in need of a fun-loving, energetic, reliable and caring nanny to become part of our daily family life in the leafy North Hinksey area of Oxford.

This role would be best suited to a live-in or locally-based nanny. Flexible hours can fit around other daytime commitments.

Your role will be focused on after-school care for our three children (aged 7/10/11) on 2-3 days per week, as well as the occasional morning school run. You will then have the daytimes free e.g. for studying. But some extra housekeeping hours could be agreed.

Main duties are: collecting the kids from their nearby school (on foot), helping with garden games, homework & craft activities, providing their evening meal, and getting them ready for bed. Contributing to general household chores & laundry.

Usual working hours 3-8pm on Mondays & Thursdays. Optional: some occasional mornings 7.30-9am or Friday afternoons.
Ideally 2-3 full days during school summer holidays.

As a live-in nanny you will have your own ensuite bedroom in a separate part of the house and access to all home comforts. Pay to be discussed.

For a live-out nanny the hourly rate would be £17-20ph (gross) - dependent on experience & qualifications.
