My Requirements

We are a professional couple in need of a fun-loving, energetic, reliable and caring nanny to become part of our daily family life in the leafy North Hinksey area of Oxford.

This role would be best suited to a live-in or locally-based nanny. Part-time hours can fit around other commitments.

Your role will be focused on caring for our three children (aged 7/10/11) on 2-3 days per week. You will then have the other days free e.g. for studying. But some extra housekeeping hours could be agreed.

Main duties are: Taking the kids to/from their nearby school (on foot) during term time, otherwise planning a day together in the summer holidays. You might go cycling or out for a nature walk, play garden games, do craft activities or art sessions.

You will provide simple meals and snacks, as well as contributing to general household chores & laundry.

Usual working days Mondays & Thursdays, plus one other day to be agreed.

As a live-in nanny you will have your own ensuite bedroom in a separate part of the house and access to all home comforts. Pay to be discussed.

For a live-out nanny the hourly rate would be £17-20ph (gross) - dependent on experience & qualifications.
