About Me
Hi, My names Jo and run Jo Jos's Jungle childcare, I am an Ofsted registered childminder based in Syston, I live with my partner of 16 years and have a beautiful 4 year old daughter, I also have 3 very chilled cats.
All children that attend my setting are treated as part of the family.
I provide childcare for children between the ages of 0 months to 5 years old (Early years)
I've always had a passion for helping and working with others, I have worked with the elderly and adults with disabilities but children is where my heart is, they bring me so much joy
My Experience
I have many children in my family and circle of friends and started to babysit around 15 years ago.
I have done my childcare course via ChildmindingUk, I have done a full blended pediatric first aid course, I am always learning and doing some sort of course to widen my knowledge.

My level 3 training includes the following

My Availability
I work Mon,Weds,Thurs and Fridays, this may change in 2023 once my daughter is in full time education, at the moment Tuesdays is our day but I don't mind working a few to help out.
I work from 7:30am to around 5:15pm but I am flexible.
Bank Holidays can be discussed but will be charged at extra.

My Fees
- Childminding from £4.50 per hour
£4.50 per hour, this includes breakfast, drinks and snacks, a packed lunch is requested as we like to venture out and about.
Baby formula and baby jar food is not included (finger foods only)
My price does not include nappies or wipes.
Outings and groups are included in this price
My Local Schools

Joanne currently looks after my 18 months old daughter, she has been thoroughly amazing with her. During the setting, Macy always look cheerful and very busy with daily activities.
I am going to use her until my daughter becomes 18! Haha.
On a Serious note; I always feel she is safe with her, learning a lot of things, communicates me regularly. Highly recommended! Jo you’re a star!
