About Me

Hi, I’m Jem, a caring and reliable babysitter based in Bedfordshire with over 10 years of experience looking after children of all ages. I truly enjoy working with children and creating a safe, happy, and relaxed environment where they can feel comfortable and have fun while you’re away.

I am Level 3 Early Years qualified, Paediatric First Aid trained, and DBS certified, so you can feel confident that your child is in safe and capable hands. I also have a full driving licence, which allows me to travel locally if needed.

Through my experience working in a preschool, I understand how important cleanliness and hygiene are. I regularly carried out cleaning duties such as sanitising toys, surfaces, and play areas to keep children safe and reduce the spread of illness. I bring that same level of care and attention into babysitting, ensuring your home is kept tidy and your child’s environment is clean and safe.

I pride myself on being patient, calm, and nurturing, and I always take the time to get to know each child so they feel secure and happy. Whether it’s playing games, settling down for bedtime, or simply keeping to their usual routine, I aim to make the experience as smooth and comforting as possible for both you and your child.

References are available on request, and I offer weekend and evening babysitting at a rate of £13.50
